Digitalization of Innovation Networks: Theoretical and Empirical Issues
The relevance of the research topic is determined by the need to solve the task of working out the conceptual issues of managing of digital transformations in the context of innovation trends in view of the comprehensive impact and large-scale prospects of digitization processes. The article is devoted to the analysis of digital aspects of innovation policy, in particular, based on the use of international ratings, the determination of the features of the construction of the digital component of innovation networks, and the deepening of scientific and methodological approaches to the digital support of innovation processes. Data from the Global Innovation Index and the ICT Development Index were used to assess the impact of digitalization on the development of innovation processes. Based on the results of the calculations, significant positive correlation estimates were obtained with the key components of the innovation system and the level of cluster development. Marketing, communication, infrastructural, international dimensions of digitalization of innovative processes are defined. It has been proven that the growing availability of ICT makes it necessary to rethink many processes in the innovation field in a timely manner. On the basis of world experience, the role of universities is argued, which should assume a significant share of responsibility for the formation of a new technological order by improving the quality of research and implementing their results in the real economy within the framework of S2B-B2S (Science-to-Business – Business-to-Science).

Sensor System for Real-time Water Quality Monitoring
Water pollution is a global issue that has an impact on the entire ecosystems' life cycles. Traditional sampling and laboratory testing techniques are labor-intensive and error-prone, making them ineffective for quickly detecting changes in water quality. This paper presents the development of a low-cost, portable and efficient prototype sensor-based system for monitoring water quality in real-time. The system consists of a microcontroller, temperature, turbidity, pH, and water level sensors, and an application for a visual representation of the data. Extensive testing was carried out to ensure uninterrupted operation. The prototype is a user-friendly sensor system that can be positioned close to the target area in order to assist in preventing environmental and biological harm. This can ensure safe, healthy, and sustainable water supplies for the communities, environment, and the economy. Continuous monitoring of water parameters can also help avoid critical situations. The experimental results demonstrate a successful development of a smart water quality monitoring system with potential applications in various scenarios.

Proposal of Prediction Model for Smart Agriculture Based on IoT Sensor Data
Prediction is a mechanism to prevent and make changes in different sectors. Climate changes are affecting different sectors but the most damaged is the agriculture sector because it affects the quality and quantity of agricultural products. Farmers who produce grapes in recent years face many challenges due to climate change, this is evident also in our region Kosovo. The Prizren region is known for grape products and many families depend on grape production. For this reason, in this paper, we are going to show recent research in this area and present the most appropriate algorithms used for the prediction of smart IoT sensor data for the prediction of the quality and quantity of agricultural products. In this paper, we propose a model for the prediction of the quantity and quality of grapes in order to recommend what is the right time to do grape processing and grape sterilization because those are the crucial fact that affect the quality and quantity of the grape.

BIM Based Information Management in Renewable Energy Projects
Proper implementation of Building Information Modelling (BIM) principles leads to better information management, and consecutively higher productivity in construction projects. BIM is an emerging methodology in the world of the built environment. It is a set of processes and standards, supported by digital technologies that aim to enhance information management in every phase of a project. From design and construction, through operations and maintenance, and finally the demolishing phase, BIM has shown advantages over traditional information management processes. One of the areas that have a lot of potential but a low rate of BIM adoption is the renewable energy field. Therefore, the objectives of this paper are twofold. Firstly, to introduce the key concepts of BIM methodology to the reader and secondly, to examine them through the lens of renewable energy projects, more specifically, through the framework proposed in the Fieldwork 4 RES platform.

Case Management Model Design for Obtaining Documentation Using FieldWork 4 RES Application in Renewable Energy Sources Projects
FieldWork 4 RES is an application in the final stage of development as part of the Development of an integrated asset management solution and support for investment processes in the design, planning, and implementation of renewable energy construction projects. The purpose of the FieldWork 4 RES system is to provide application support for the activities of planning and realization of projects ranging from the construction of infrastructure projects to property maintenance projects. During this process, part of the activity is connected with the collection and recording of project documentation, depending on the type of project and legal regulations. This paper deals with the module design for obtaining project documentation. It is based on the communication between FieldWork 4 RES, Camunda, and OfficePoint. The case management model (CMMN) is presented and all its parts are described as well.

Influence of Personal Recommendations towards Electricity Consumption on Consumer Behavior
Reducing electricity consumption is among the significant prerequisites for mitigating the negative impact of the current energy crisis in Europe. At the same time, it is a necessary condition for slowing down the environmental deterioration of the planet Earth. Various studies have shown that the Bidgely technology, which provides consumers with disaggregated data on individual electric appliance consumption, has proven to be a successful way to achieve savings and more responsible consumer behavior. Bidgely enables sending personal recommendations to a specific consumer when their consumption compared to consumers within a close radius is higher and above the benchmark. Our study examines the impact of personal recommendations by Bidgely on consumer behavior. It compares the consumption of individual appliances in a household before and after a consumer has received these special notifications.

Advanced and Smart Maintenance of Induction Motors Based on an Algorithm for Motor Faults Recognition
The paper describes the algorithm and the methodology to recognize rotor faults of the squirrel-cage motor based on the induced voltages in the measuring coils spatially spaced for the pole pitch. Based on the FEM calculations and measurements, the functional algorithm for early fault detection and reliable recognition of rotor faults was designed. In the paper is presented and described flowchart of the proposed algorithm. Furthermore, the two special algorithms were designed, based on the obtained research results. The input parameters for the proposed algorithm are induced voltages in four measuring coils spatially spaced for pole pitch. The first algorithm is intended for early and reliable detection of the broken rotor bars and the broken ring of the squirrel-cage induction motor. The second algorithm is proposed for early and reliable detection of the rotor static eccentricity. The proposed algorithm uses induced voltage in four measuring coils. In the case of the broken rotor bars and ring, the algorithm uses voltage difference between two induced voltages in measuring coils spatially spaced for 2τp. In the case of static eccentricity, the difference between the RMS value of each measuring coil installed in the air gap of the induction motor is analyzed. The proposed algorithms are aimed to improve and contribute to the advanced and smart maintenance of induction motors.

Analytics Use Cases for Landside Traffic Optimization in the Catchment Area of the Airport: Case Study of Zagreb Airport
Airports and their facilities are the general attractors that significantly influence the supply and demand of landside traffic in the adjacent and larger gravity areas of the airport. This paper will draft a concept of decision support solution for strategic planning that will enhance, optimize and significantly improve management of land transportation-related activities for airport gravitational areas. Following the principles of FRAME Next ITS architecture creation process, data driven analytical use cases will be identified and proposed that will utilize commonly available data sources in airport environment (like anonymized telecom network data, public transport data, flight information data, airport parking data, transport on demand data etc.) and identify and priorities real analytical use cases of importance to key stakeholders (airlines, local community, public transport operators and other). Proposed analytical use cases are demonstrated for Franjo Tuđman Airport in Zagreb, Croatia.
