Accepted papers will be published in the ISSN registered conference proceedings. Papers presented at the Conference will be submitted for posting to IEEE Xplore.
Authors of outstanding papers will be invited to submit the extended version of their papers to a special issue of Scalable Computing: Practice and Experience (ISSN 1895-1767) published in the first quarter of 2020.
