About:

The workshop will be held in the scope of presentation of results of the CSF HigherDecision project which is led by prof. Blaženka Divjak, PhD. The project aims to resolve strategic issues in higher education (HE), and one of the possible approaches is the use of methods for multi-criteria decision-making. Through this workshop, participants will be introduced to the most known method for multi-criteria decision making, the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the new SNAP method that was developed as one of the project results. During the workshop, the participants will address concrete examples of decision-making problems in the HE.

Expected outcomes:

Participants will be introduced to practical strategic problems in higher education and ways to solve the aforementioned problems with the aim of enhancing the work of higher education institutions by applying multi-criteria decision-making methods.

Target audience:

The workshop is intended for representatives of higher education institutions (HEI), HEI administrations, policy and strategic decision makers, heads of departments, teachers and researchers as well as administrative staff and students. All stakeholders in the higher education system who want to improve their strategic decision-making can participate in the workshop.
 

This workshop will be held in Croatian.
